QMyTurn© provides cloud-based SaaS (Software as a service). This means you don't have to buy any expensive systems to run this software. Web based console could be operated from the existing computer operated by the front desk staff.

QMyTurn© allows your front desk staff to schedule appointments and assign tickets manually, the only difference is the ticket is assigned digitally using an easy to use console.

QMyTurn© system allows a visual display of the current Queue to your front desk staff. Optionally the same queue could be displayed on a large LCD screen. This feature is free with yearly paid subscription.

QMyTurn© allows Health care providers to run reports to see the number of patients who have used this system. Reports are available on a per/physician basis, meaning each physician can see their own metrics.

QMyTurn© system takes privacy of customer data very seriously. The system is designed in a way that it does not store any confidential data. Furthermore, the data is not shared with any third-party data collection or marketing companies. We do not ask or collect any personal information from the users during the registration process.

QMyTurn© mobile app allows patients to take a number or schedule an appointment from available timeslots. It accommodates your existing patients to call-in/drop-in. Easy to use console allows your front desk staff to check-in patients who do not own smart mobile phones.

QMyTurn© mobile app, allows your patients from remote areas to plan their trip based on the current queues. If you allow a "drop-in" or "first-come-first served" setup, patients from these areas can plan ahead before driving far distances to reach your facility. The mobile application will constantly provide status of their turn and even remind them when it is a good time to leave for the Clinic. All thanks to Geo-location, as well as current traffic conditions built-in to the software.
